still going down...when it stops,i will do methabolism confussion for one day,taking lot of forbiden food with carbs...this way my leptin will get high,so i will start losing weight again,with my low carb diet
154.8 lb Lost so far: 61.3 lb.    Still to go: 22.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
