Not as dramatic as I hoped, but certainly the easiest I've ever lost weight. If I continue on this trend (3 lbs a week) I'll be at my goal in 17 weeks from start date - May 20th. That's amazing. And even more amazing is that I'm eating anything I want, just less of it, and I dont feel like I'm missing out. The only effort I'm making is to not eat something made primarily of wheat, but I'm still eating the buns on sandwiches.
I think this is what normal people feel like.
