Tried my best to do better. I was realizing that my calorie intake has plateaued, that I'm not in a deficient like I was when I was 265.
My theory on calories. If I want to weigh 300, I have to eat 3000 calories a day. If I'm 219, and my calories are at 2000-2100, I'm just maintaining that same weight. I need to try to get back to doing 1700-1800.
I just looked into how many calories do I need to eat everyday to get to 170 by September. One website said 1000 calories a day. I ain't doing that >.> thats unhealthy. A more reasonable 1500 a day will get me to 170 by January.
