Down another pound! YAY!!!!!!!!

234.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb. Still to go: 14.0 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

uugghh... me too! Oh btw I had a "brainless" eating moment last night. I was excited my fiance was home and we went and got LARGE A&W floats! I was half way through before I realised what I was doing!!! aaahhhh

If you are on induction... Heavy Cream and Diet Root beer is totally allowed together 0 carbs If not on Induction get yourself Breyers Low Carb Vanilla ice cream and diet root beer. 4 net carbs
