Day 1! Made my favorite "Mock-o's" : Ground 99/1 turkey with taco seasonings sauteed (no oil/butter of course) with some cabbage. MMMMMMM!
271.8 lb Lost so far: 28.2 lb.    Still to go: 91.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
