Haven't been sticking to it very well.
219.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 44.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1787 kcal Fat: 109.06g | Prot: 75.80g | Carb: 145.35g.   Breakfast: Diet Dr. Pepper (12 oz can). Lunch: Diet Dr. Pepper, sliced american cheese, braums. Dinner: Water, Baked Potato Stuffed with Sour Cream (Peel Eaten), Sirloin (6 oz), Grilled Vegetable Skewer, Buttery Dinner Rolls. Snacks/Other: Corn Dog (Frankfurter or Hot Dog with Cornbread Coating). more...
