Taking stock of progress as I'm moving along on this journey.
I'm grateful for some noticeable, positive changes over the last 3 months in vital signs, physical stamina, and appearance.
I plan to move the goalposts soon toward the next "weigh"point.
But first: (a) allow time for my seven-day running average weight (the blue line in the graph) to get below my current goal; (b) evaluate potential changes in Total Daily Energy Expenditure (TDEE) over the next three weeks. My TDEE may drop due to recent modifications to my exercise regimen and ongoing weight loss.
To accurately assess my TDEE, I will track my planned Saturday free days on the app.
