I know daily weighing isn’t for everyone but at this early days stage it keeps me focused. No chocolate in my house this weekend and I’m hoping for one of those encouraging first weeks where you lose about a gallon of water lol 😄

I will only, once a month because there are days where i will over indulge taking in over 3000 calories and not burning them of, once a month gives me a chance to repair the damage without feeling guilt
