Now that I have dedicated myself to strenuous physical activity six days a week, I no longer fear that I will fall off the wagon and start gaining again. My confidence is at an all-time high. I no longer say, "If I can lose another 20 pounds." Instead, I say, "When I lose another 20 pounds." It makes me happy to look forward to the day I am in optimal physical shape for the first time in my life.
