I started a walk/run regimen 2 weeks ago. About 6 miles a week. My pace is 15 minute mile :)
125.8 lb Lost so far: 12.2 lb.    Still to go: 3.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.5 lb a week
