REally struggling right now. Finding myself eating poorly, making bad decision on my food choices. (especially when we go out to eat) Haven't been recording my food. Today is a new day and I start fresh!
178.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
