Day 11. Keto Mod. Body Fat 39.2% Breakfast omelette, coffee half and half; lunch salad w veggies and blue cheese dressing and diet coke; dinner cheddar cheese, cottage cheese, tomato, blue cheese, almonds (didn't feel like cooking anything.) Vitamins with dinner. 45 min elipticle. Had headache for first time today--drank more water and it went away.
