January 19, 2015 New day. New start. 'we fall down, we get up.

Bacon and one egg and small potato. Took day off. Later had toast and avo and a cup of soup. Going to try and hold it there for the day. Did a half hr walk.

1.25 lbs/wk to meet 220 on birthday.
264.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 54.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
