Ok, back on the down train. 2 pounds to go until my second goal. The next goal is 208 lbs, which should take me from Obese to the beginnings of dad-bod. At the convention this week end I will still try to get exercise in and eat well.
247.0 lb Lost so far: 19.4 lb.    Still to go: 44.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
