I can do this, I can do this. Weekend is here and 2 events to go to. Drink water, drink water. finally dropped some, don't want to slow down the progress once I got it started once again.
159.3 lb Lost so far: 18.7 lb.    Still to go: 14.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
