still holding. only water to drink, smaller portions. no chips or candy although my daughter made me peanut butter cookies before I got home to surprise me so I did eat 2 after dinner. im getting more sleep and taking supplements. one day I will wake up and see some drop, Right? I really don't want to go crazy with restriction. I want to make changes that I can live with, not a short term hurry and drop the weight tactic. I do want to exercise more as I know this will help as well however right now cleaning house and chasing kids will have to suffice. I see that stinking treadmill everyday and I think as soon as I finish this or as soon as that is done. then its 11pm to midnight. I am on the move all the time except when im in the car driving.
160.5 lb Lost so far: 17.5 lb.    Still to go: 15.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Your doing good Niki, this is really about eating in the real world restrictions just moderation good choices and you will do great :)

As U already know, there is a point at which restricting calories begins to work against U. Yes,I so much affirm changes and food intake U can live with. just keep eating healthy and drop will come - have a blessed day and a great weekend !!!
