Woohoo!!! Another drop!!! Next week I start a 10K steps a day challenge so that should keep the pounds melting away along with continued healthy food choices. I am dreading this weekend since those are the hardest days for me to keep everything on track.
226.5 lb Lost so far: 5.5 lb.    Still to go: 7.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
