A very light calorie day yesterday finely got me off this plateu.

Today, I went sailing for about 2 hours. That should help with the weight loss.

I forgot to take my diet pill today. Still, I'm not too hungry.
248.4 lb Lost so far: 9.6 lb.    Still to go: 48.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
