I was surprised when I got on the scale and saw that I lost 2.4 pounds. First, it was a feeling of disbelief, then a feeling of excitement. Everything is back on track. Go me!
232.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 52.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
