Ate like crazy all weekend, and probably drank too much beer, but oh man what a nice, relaxing weekend.

Back on the horse this week, hopefully I can hit 182 even by Friday.

Win some, ya lose some, I just gotta remember to stay the course (I've been good so far, except on weekends, but that helps keep me sane :) ).
184.8 lb Lost so far: 12.2 lb.    Still to go: 14.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
