Not surprised just ate and slept all weekend, can’t get shut of this cold!
159.0 lb Lost so far: 45.4 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

a good multi vitamin, vitC&vitD too and anything with zinc eg zinc strepsils...zinc gets deeper into ur chest...or try vicks on the soles of ur feet with socks over top b4 u go to sleep, works like a detox patch!
