I went off plan several days (from either Thursday or Friday to Saturday). Sunday & Monday stayed on plan perfectly. Taking it one day at a time now.
235.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 95.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
