Hello,...just learned of this site and going to use it as an accountability for my goal of losing 20 lbs. I am 3 weeks into Atkins and have lost 10 lbs so far.
170.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
