That second workout yesterday was good was able to meet my rep goals on three machines. I have a friend who has invited me to go rock climbing (indoors) on Saturday. I look forward to seeing what I can and can't do, it's been about 15 years since the last time I did it. I miss rock climbing, hiking, and spelunking, as my body improves I can do more of the things I used to love. I really enjoy the feeling of having my muscles used, but still getting used to liking it. That 13 years of active fibromyalgia really f'd with my perception of exercise and muscle use. My long-term goal is to reach my third (215) or fourth (190-165 not set yet) weight loss target, maintain the loss for 3 months then get a full body lift.
