I want to be more serious on my diet for my diabetes is out of control and effecting every area of my life! Any top would be appreciated! ;-)

A Low Carb / Ketogenic (less than 60g net carbs) is very good for controlling diabetes. Also the carb blocker Phaseolamin (or Phase 2) blocks / slows starch absorption & L-Arabinose (or Phase 3) blocks / slows sugar absorption can help to control diabetes too.
