Week 1 finished. Followed the Keto diet fairly closely, with a few days of cheating. I figured, I'm pretty fucking addicted to sugar, I can't cut it off completely. So I allow myself a chocolate thing here, some popcorn there. I tried to stay within 50g of carbs, but I'm going to try and lower it down to 20, by the end of the month.
Weight loss is great, but I know it's initial water weight. I did really well with my water intake, butt fuck the peeing...I hate the constant, "FUCKINEEDTOPEERIGHTTHEFUCKNOW" feeling. I hope to get over it soon.
