Accountability.....that is the key...journal, journal, journal. Between Thanksgiving and New Years, I did not take time to exercise properly nor journal my food intake, and, the results was actualyl about a 5 pound gain!!! That was all MY fault...no one else to blame but me. But, today starts a brand new day. I am back to measuring my food, writing in my journal my food intake, and, exercising as I should. I am giving myself another 6 months to get back to where I want to be....and, I WILL do this.
