I haven't had a weight scale for the last couple weeks, so I couldn't weigh in last Friday. Last week I went to the gym twice because we moved on Friday and i couldn't get there. I ate between 1300 and 1400 calories for all 7 days last week. This week I haven't been to the gym at all cause of working the day shift and being too tired after work. I ate between 1300 and 1400 for 7 days and ate 1484 for 1 day. (Weighed in a day late this week). Hopefully this coming week I can get back to the gym. I'm thinking about raising my calories back to 1400 now instead of 1300. I'm almost at my goal weight and want to start working on getting muscle instead of losing weight, and I'm going to have to eat more to do that.
