Well that was painful. 2013 and 2014 was difficult because of the masters degree. Which, landed me an additional job so Tuesdays and Wednesdays will be extra long days with no exercise! I am going to try and control the calories and do the exercise schedule below...

Monday-Too the Max
Tuesday and Wednesday none
Thursday-Yoga
Friday-none
Sat-weights
Sunday-run
155.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 10.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.6 lb a week
