Worked all weekend morning rocks and garden 3days I’m exhausted and put on more than a kg !!!!
What the hell !!
148.8 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 2.4 lb a week

Don’t be discouraged as that happened to me it was mostly water retention

you could be building up.muscles too which are heavier than fat, but probably water too.

to be honest scales are not the best measurement if it comes to fat loss... best way is to use the measuring tape. :)
