SherrieC's Journal, 10 January 2015

THE WALK OF SHAME, Mike don't kill me. I could go into many excuses, but I am not going to. Today my husband and I went to the gym, and I had a pretty good workout. I got back on the Treadclimber that kicked my butt the other day and made it to 35 minutes. Getting better, I just need to find a nighttime hobby to keep my mind occupied, so that I don't think about what is in the kitchen. Have a great weekend everybody.

Consistency is key. I know it took a while for me to settle back in and wrap my head around it - like, 2-3 months.

No shame Sherri. Just move forward. Night is often difficult for me too so been making ice cream like treats with fruit, yogurt and protein powder

I have the same problem. I can stay on track during the day but when I come home from work and I'm here by myself ( my hubby works nights) with no one to talk to and nothing to do I eat. I'm gonna find a hobby or redo the interior....anything to keep my mind off food. Winters are the worst....too cold to do anything. Summers are better. I'm either at the pool or gardening.

Don't give up Sherri, we all get night time snack attacks- you are on the right track with exercise - but keep in mind your calories count to- You may try tweaking exercise routine and making an adjustment on calorie intake- you can do this- I know 2015 we both will lose 20 pounds!!!!!- it will just take alot of work

You just have to adjust. If you exercise a lot today, you need a few extra calories. Just choose better, healthier foods for a snack. Veggies or fruits, not desserts. You can do this!
