I am not happy with myself because I have lost muscle weight and gained belly fat which evened it out. I have a date for my knee replacement on April 13 and really wanted to walk a lot prior to the surgery but -- I got a groin pull in the other leg and have had to be quite sedentary. That seems to be getting better so I am crossing my fingers that another few days should be all I need.
