I'm back on track and getting all the exercise I need. Keeping food under control, and Water consumption is back to target. Going to try looking at the complex Exercise room during my lunch.
260.4 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 57.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
