Down and up, down and up 😂 not too bad a fluctuation though, I’m happy with my progress and my body! Happy Friday FS Fam, I hope y’all have a day that’s amazing as you are!
151.6 lb Lost so far: 15.2 lb.    Still to go: 16.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
