When I set up the new account, at a lower weight than when I started, it recommended a slightly lower calorie limit.. which I didn't mind because I'd already noticed that a lot of days I wasn't eating my max anyway and still feeling plenty full.. but this is another quick drop just this week and it kinda surprised me.. 🤔 just goes to show what a small change can do I guess. 😏 New low! 😊
