Didn't get enough sleep because I stayed up way too late putting away Christmas decorations and cleaning up the apartment so everything would be nice when OfficerBF got home. I'm a little exhausted right now, and the fact that I just finished my dinner will make it more daunting to stay awake! I'm just looking at all of my efforts, last night, as an opportunity to burn more calories!
169.0 lb Lost so far: 39.0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
