Closely sticking to the 500 calorie mark. My protein is 100 grams, 3.5 ounces. No more cheating on 4 ounces. It really was adding up, I need to get the 10 pounds off before day 21.
144.0 lb Lost so far: 86.2 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 23.1 lb a week
