On my off days, I tend to do poorly on calories counting and go over :C I gotta fix that.

I bought a protein powder, but I haven't used it yet. I need to set aside some time to workout, but haven't tried yet.

Today is the last day of the work weigh-in challenge. On Jan. 11th, I weighed 227.5.
On March 8th, I weigh 221.2, so about 6.3 pounds.
221.2 lb Lost so far: 43.8 lb.    Still to go: 51.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 1.0 lb a week
