don't know why but tummy has gotten bigger and I feel bloated. my light feeling has left me. reluctant to weigh in cause I was so sure I was making a break through. I need to not eat so many snacks and stick to more substantial meals. eat 5-6 times a day. see what happens. doing better but still est some jelly beans. no soda, still grab a bite of bad stuff at hm, and now am stuck on daily Greek yogurt with fruit. carbs seem high.
118.8 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 4.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
