After a weekend of high blood pressure and Monday being put back on my other bp med, it's been a bit of a roller coaster. I missed my walking all weekend and Monday so I did get a mile in this morning. Bp was elevated after the walk but it wasn't bad. I'll be checking it throughout the day just to make aure it's behaving. ^_^ Hope everyone has a great day.
