10 months of no working out and eating very badly. Lost muscle and gained a lot of fat. Have issues moving, breathing, and I run out of breath very easily. I had some hard times hit me and i let this be an excuse to let my health slide. We can choose to be in good health or bad health. When we face troubles it's better to be in good health.
