Definitely backslid a bit, February was weird for my mindset. Gonna start journaling again, both in my physical journal and here and I think that’ll help!
155.2 lb Lost so far: 11.6 lb.    Still to go: 20.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thank you rgreer! I’m definitely in a better mindset going into this month!! Hoping to create more sustainable change rather than just drastic losses!

I love that for you Morticia! Definitely find that adding small things into my routine tends to have a bigger impact than if I just completely change things up and then feel overwhelmed with the drastic difference
