Pleased to see a difference on the scales finally. Really enjoyed going to the gym tonight. Mixing weights and cardio. Food has been better. Making better choices and finding the calorie deficit easier this week. Hoping to improve my shape and health even more over the next month.
122.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 10.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
