I don’t log every time I weigh myself and I especially dont log every increase. This decrease makes me feel less stressed about time restricted eating. I am indeed becoming more neurotic about it and distressed when I give in or let myself relax on the weekend. I wanted to do 30 days straight but stopped at 22 for a special date night and after that, couldn’t stick, and I admire stickiness - doing something hard for a long time. You know, discipline. Some things I like: less sugar cravings, enjoying the fasting part, the street sweeper going through my brain and body, getting fuller faster, not feeling so bloated all the time, waking up feeling refreshed, and I think performing a bit better in the day.
126.4 lb Lost so far: 11.6 lb.    Still to go: 4.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
