Ate to much junk yesterday - not good:-(
I weight myself after eating some breakfast (use to weigh and then eat) so i think i have lost 200 g not 100 g - that is pretty good thinking of all the junk i have eaten.
245.2 lb Lost so far: 8.4 lb.    Still to go: 90.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
