So its only been a couple days, but i feel good about what i have been doing. I am not even worrying about exercise right now until i get my food back under control and am feeling confident with that- baby steps. 6 pounds in a few days might seem like a lot, but i know its almost all water rention from the salt and other junk I was eating before hand, so not to worry :) I know for me personally, i average about 2.5 pounds lost a week and I am happy with that number :)
212.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 42.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Good Luck to you, i am here for a support BUD if ya need one, we all no it is not easy,but, we can be here to guide each other, every step of the way, huh??? My Husband is in canada fishing right now, actually since last friday!!!!HE LOVES IT THERE! GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!to ya! You can do it!!!! I am not doing the exercise now either, and when i start, which will probably be tomorrow, it will be walking, its about the only exercise i like, if i start the other stuff, at a gym, well.............a few months down the road, i will fail, if i had a "GO TO THE GYM FRIEND", I would do it, but, KNOW one wants to take this step, so , i will walk, and its okay!!!!!I wish you much succes!!!!
