The scale budged in the right direction. Finally- tangible affirmation that my hard work is paying off. Whoo-hoo!!!

But I do think 8 weeks to lose 4.5 pounds is way too long. So more focus required. I have about two weeks until I want to reach a mini-goal of 10 pounds gone. [If only to show up my in-laws so they'll stop snarking about my weight. HA!]

I want to lose about 1-2 pounds a week. And I also want to be a smaller size, so I can go shopping in my closet.
220.5 lb Lost so far: 4.5 lb.    Still to go: 85.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
