Its been a struggle getting motivated again! In the morning I will have a day off from my other job, so I will get the opportunity to work out before my doctor's appointment. I'm glad I'll get the chance to get back on the elliptical! Maybe that's what I should have asked for for Christmas, so I would have one at home, with no excuses!
167.6 lb Lost so far: 40.4 lb.    Still to go: 32.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
