Lost another 1.4 pounds. I'm only 5 pounds from my first mini goal, which is to weigh 180. I added blackberries and raspberries this past week without any issues so this week I'm adding cantaloupe and honeydew melons.
185.0 lb Lost so far: 20.6 lb.    Still to go: 45.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
