I see that my weight is not just falling off...the 3rd & 4th of July were heavier eating and drinking days...so I lost some ground there. I have become well disciplined in regard to the gym. The eating issue is physical and emotional and harder to bring under my determination. Is it indeed a fact that the older I get the more difficult it is to take the pounds off? If I am not losing the weight then I am eating too many calories...and not burning enough...may be I need an afternoon trip to the gym to maintain higher metabolism...or swimming in the pool. Regardless I headed for 200 and below.
